You know that feeling that you get?  The feeling right before the dam breaks loose and you get flooded?  The one that happens when everything is so peaceful and quiet, and yet you know that is about to change?  That is where we are right now. We are less than a month away from leaving and things are going to start moving very quickly. As is expected, we are held up with paperwork, but those items should start arriving soon. But we are stuck in an eternal holding patter with the State Department over Caleb getting his passport issued out in time to travel with us and still waiting on Katelyn’s LOA.  Then we just need our I-800 approval, then our NVC letter, then our travel approval. All in three weeks. Seems doable!

But there continues to be peace. Just this weekend, once again, a family we barely know sent us a note and wanted to contribute to our adoption.  God contiues to remind us that He is sovereign and is still in control. If we would only just relax and listen!

I will probably start posting more frequently as the activity level increases.  Thank you for your prayers, especially around these final issues!  Good things will be happening soon!
